Reading YES as “BTC up”. Implied UP feeds the anchor in the lean model below.
SCALPING/REPRICING SIGNAL ONLY — NOT A HOLD-TO-CLOSE CALL. DON'T USE THIS AS YOUR ENTRY/EXIT FOR A FULL-WINDOW KALSHI POSITION.
0 locked calls graded yet — check back after the first lock + 15 min
Every time the decision box actually locks to BUY UP or BUY DOWN, that call is logged and graded against the real historical price at the window’s actual close time. Hit rate is a rolling average of the last 20 graded locks. Persists across reloads/tab closes.
Price, order book and trade-tape data are pulled live from Coinbase Exchange’s public BTC-USD feed — the closest free proxy to the Coinbase CF Benchmarks index Kalshi settles against, but not identical to it. Live Lean and Decision are the same stack now, but use different-speed indicators on purpose: Live Lean blends 15-minute EMA trend, VWAP position, RSI, volume, tape/buy-sell imbalance, order-book depth, and the ETH/SOL/XRP corroboration nudge into a slower situational read — useful context, but a 15-minute-candle technical can stay “bullish” for an hour after price has actually turned over, so it’s display only and no longer drives the Decision box. Decision instead runs on the same fast, 1-minute-scale indicators as the momentum read (rate of change, EMA 9/21 gap, MACD histogram, RSI slope), plus the tape corroboration nudge from ETH/SOL/XRP’s own live Kalshi markets. Both panels still anchor to Kalshi’s own live YES/NO pricing for the current window. That price becomes the anchor and the technical read is a tilt around it — never outvote a strongly convicted Kalshi price. None of this is a validated statistical model and none of this has a guaranteed edge. The Kalshi factor assumes YES corresponds to the asset finishing higher, for BTC/ETH/SOL/XRP alike.
If Kalshi’s API can’t be reached, the affected panel shows UNAVAILABLE and quietly runs on its remaining factors instead. The Decision box waits the first 3:00 IN of each 15, then may lock BUY UP / BUY DOWN for the last 12:00. Signal flips (especially a Decision UP↔DOWN whip) raise WAIT on the next window, up to last 8:00. Fade-to-flat does not add WAIT. The window loosens only after a strong run of official Kalshi settlements (not Coinbase proxy grades). If Kalshi and the fast momentum already agree, the last call was not a miss, and the flip tape is quiet, Decision may lock as early as the last 13:00 — but only with a higher enter bar. Every live signal — lean, Decision, Chaos — is wiped 5 seconds before each 15-minute close so the next window does not inherit last-round lean / Decision / Chaos state. Tape, book, and the composite score are EMA-smoothed so a single noisy tick cannot flip Live Lean or Decision. Labels use a Schmitt trigger: they enter on a wider band and only leave when the smoothed score walks back through a tighter exit band — that is a score-path filter, not a timer holding the last print. A decisive move in Kalshi’s own anchor can still flip the call as soon as the smoothed score follows it. If the smoothed score fades into the dead band the box returns to WAIT. A real opposite crossing can flip UP↔DOWN. Inside the final 1:15 before close the call rides to settlement so it cannot whipsaw at the buzzer. This is a heuristic read, not a guarantee the call is correct — the confirmation delay makes flips less frequent and steadier, not more accurate. Once locked, the box shows a confidence % underneath — this is a heuristic read derived from how far its own score sits from 50/50, not a calibrated statistical probability. The strike-distance text, Chaos/Flip Watch, Recent Markets, and signal accuracy tracker use recent realized behavior, not calibrated probabilities. Chaos / Flip Watch may show a PATTERN line: a hold/fade read of the window settlement side when the tape is chaotic. It only tilts Decision when that read is promoted against Kalshi and the brain is still WAIT.
